PugliaBooking is an online booking web site aimed to enable the user to make reservations directly on Hotels, Resorts, Farm holiday centers,Bed and Breakfast, Flats all around Apulia.


Our service is based on information provided by Hotels, Resorts, Tour Operators and Agencies. Although we do our utmost best to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, Pugliabooking cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information. Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, Pugliabooking will not add any additional fees, like a reservation fee, to the room rate.

HOW TO USE PUGLIABOOKING
The use of the site may be processed in 3 ways:
1.Search by area: thanks to a map that enables to display accommodations available in the area around the place clicked on.
2. Search by availability: selecting the type of accommodation,the area and the dates of the stay. By doing so, it's possible to display all available accommodations according to the entered data.
3.Search by name: entering the name of an already known hotel

HOW TO BOOK
Reservation can be both 'instant booking' and 'on-request booking' (receiving an answer within 24 hours).

In order to book 'on-request' hotel, the user simply has to to fill in a form. Within a few hours (at the latest 24 hours) he will receive an answer from our staff.

As regards 'instant booking' two steps have to be processed:
1.Once found the hotel, the user selects room/unit type and meal plan and clicks on (presses) the 'Book now' button
2.In the following step the user enters his personal data,chooses between possible methods of confirmation and adheres both to settlement conditions and to the notification period stated in the hotel cancellation policy.Clicking on 'confirm' the user books the accommodation.

HOW TO CONFIRM
Subsequentely, following to the booking of the room/unit, the user will receive the booking form, that he will sign and send by fax within 24 hours.This form changes depending on the term of confirmation.
Regarding confirmation with credit card as guarantee (with no pre-payment,as we will not charge customer's credit card for making the booking),the customer has to fill in the form with his credit card data.
As regards confirmation with both bank (cable) transfer deposit and postal order deposit, the user also has to send by fax (attached to the signed form) the copy of the receipt for payment.

Pugliabooking will send by email a confirmation message together with the reservation voucher, which has to be shown at the reception desk at the arrival.

HOW TO DELETE
Cancellation has to be forwarded by fax only, provided the application of the hotel cancellation policy, as stated in the booking form.PugliaBooking itself will not charge any cancellation fee.

Any dispute that may arise on interpretation and application of this booking process will be settled by the Court of Lecce.
