THE STRUCTURE: Consisting of 50 rooms of different sizes, surrounded by green forest "AURO AURITO" which covers about 60 hectares, with holm oak, eucalyptus, oaks and Mediterranean vallonia. In this corner of paradise are also Deer, small prey, hedgehogs, foxes and herons. Four small lakes provide water necessary for their survival.
SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES:Meeting room, reading room, meeting place, restaurant, pizzeria, tennis court, large swimming pool with solarium and Jacuzzi (from 01/06 to 30/09 input, cot sheet and free) wine tasting room, wine cellar , record store products, hiking in the woods and guided winery visits.
RESTAURANT: The restaurant “Don Carmelo”, located within the complex, offers a menu that includes typical dishes and the National Pugliese, accompanied the excellent wine produced by the company. Breakfast and meals are served at the restaurant “Don Carmelo”.
