Hotel Residence Julia, Peschici

Located in the town of Manacore Bay 6 km from the village of Peschici, is the Hotel Julia which extends along the Mediterranean pinewood, is composed of a complex of housing units located in a panoramic position, down to the sea, to which accessed through the mall and sports.

Structure:
All brick homes with private entrance are furnished in a simple and functional, some of them have been completely refurnished in a very comfortable, equipped with color TV, and for which there is a charge 'Inn'; for apartments in the front row (restored) is a supplement TOP. The Village, which suggests that both the formula residence hotel provides its guests a holiday full of fun and relaxation.

Studio 2 persons: living room with double pull-out sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace or garden (approx 25 sqm.)

Studio 3 people: living room with double sofa bed and single bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, garden (approx 30 sqm.)

Studio 4 people: living room with double sofa bed and bunk beds, kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace (approx. 35 sqm.)

Bilo 4 people: consists of entrance hallway, double bedroom, living room with 1 sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace (approx. 40 sqm.)

Trilo 6 people: consists of entrance hallway, double bedroom, single bedroom with bunk beds, living room with kitchen and double pull-out sofa bed, bathroom with shower and terrace (approx. 45 sqm.)

Hotel Rooms: Furnished in a simple and functional with private bathroom, air conditioning (surcharge), telephone, color TV and refrigerator.

2 swimming pools, volleyball, basketball, football, 2 bocce courts, 2 tennis courts, miniature golf, archery, bar, supermarket, department store, restaurant, pizzeria, tobacco shop, boutiques, medical clinics, fruits and vegetables.

Extracharge per week of € 140 for Mono / Trilo type 'Inn' and € 210 for Mono / Trilo 'Top'.

RATES INCLUDE: final cleaning, light, water, bed linen on arrival, beach service from the 2nd row during ABC; kitchen cleaning by the customer or € 35 from debris from the bond.

Club Card (compulsory from 19/06 al 04/09): € 35 per person per week (to exempt children under 5 years old) and includes: use of swimming pools, basketball, volleyball, bowls, minigolf, shooting with l ' bow, dancing, open air disco, group lessons of relaxing aquatic gymnastics, aerobics, mini club, daytime and evening entertainment, organization of tournaments and competitions, from 26 / 6 performances in the amphitheater.
